The 2 persons in the pictures are my nephews, they don't live at this property. Several of my very kind neighbors offer to let my nephews park in front of their houses (one car only), some neighbors are on the next block. Can they do that and my husband will pick them up on the next street? I am sorry if I am asking too many questions, neighbors are trying to help and I have to ask you. Last question: can people set up their video security cameras directly to my property? The neighbor across the street set up the camera pointing to our house, not in an angle to surveillance their entrance, is making my kids nervous and My husband and I have concerns as our window is right in front, according to the pictures you have received my family doesn't feel safe. Are there specific codes for setting up video security cameras outside propertys?
