I live at 12490 SW Brookside ave in Tigard with Erica Bidiman.
I just wanted to check in and see what the next step is for the neighbors across the street from us at 12485 sw
Brookside.
The way I understand it,they should only employ one vehicle for their license and not have employees on site. I can take
more pictures if necessary but perhaps they have a certain amount of time to change how they run their business. For a
few days it looked as though they got rid of the large dump truck they were using but it is back on site.They have been
using a large Toyota Tundra instead and an F-150. We see employees come to the residence, park and load up in one of
those vehicles then return at the end of the day.There are many days they return throughout the day.
Keep in mind this complaint is specifically a noise complaint. We do not have qualms with someone having a small
business. Running leaf blowers, pressure washers, grinders and other equipment as well as leaving their dogs outside to
bark unattended daily is what has pushed us to file this.
Together with Erica we can get you more info if needed but this is stressful. Neither one of us have any desire to take
pictures of our neighbors.This seems like the only way to push them to be a decent neighbor.
