Call for comments from the public.
6:10 PM 4. Tigard Trail System Plan – Phase 1 Update
Courtney Furman, Public Works Principal Engineer/Project Manager and Susie Wright, Kittleson &
Associates Principal Engineer, will present information and updates on the Tigard Trail System Plan (Phase
1) project.
6:45 PM 5. PRAB Summer Meetings – PRAB Discussion
PRAB members to discuss and select park locations to tour in July and August.
7:00 PM 6. Public Works Department Communication Update
Public Works Community Engagement Coordinator, Jessica Love, will provide information on upcoming
Public Works programs and activities of interest to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
7:15 PM 7. Parks and Recreation Manager Update
Parks, Recreation, and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen, will provide update s on park related
policies, programs, and projects of interest.
7:25 PM 8. Recreation Updates
Updates from Recreation Coordinator, Kaitlyn Leaf.
7:35 PM 9. Parks Updates
Updates from Parks Supervisors Martin McKnight and Greg Stout.
7:45 PM 10. Advocacy Items
Parking lot from prior PRAB meetings for further discussion at a later date includes the following:
• Drone use in parks.
• Park policy/rules (trail safety etiquette, fishing limitations, etc.).
