We spoke in person at the permit center on Wednesday regarding a mechanical permit submittal at the Value Village located at 12060 SW Main St.The heating and cooling is currently out and I submitted plans for 14 new RTUs at that address. You had requested information about the previous heating/cooling system at that space and I've just heard back from the contractor. He reports that it was a massive 40-ton split system, probably from 1970. He also provided pictures for your reference as well (attached below). 1 Let me know if you require anything else in order to get these plans routed for your review.Thank you for your assistance! 2
