Purpose: Observe & DT building 22 subgrade
Outstanding Issues:
Building 22 Subgrade
I observed that Building 22 subgrade had been prepared. I observed subgrade to consist of brown silt/clay and
approximately 2 inches of crushed rock had been placed on top of subgrade due to wet weather. Using a Vz'
diameter steel probe I observed the subgrade. Probing indicated generally medium stiff to stiff subgrade.
Nothing had been prepared for me to density test.
Conclusion
Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that the subgrade observed today as indicated on the
attached site plan, have been prepared in general accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical
recommendations.
