Location: SW Roy Rogers Road Report#: 129
Tigard,Oregon
Arrival: 0815 Departure: 0830
Weather i Sunny, 50s Permit#
Site Visit Requested By: Frank(New Home) Met With(on site)
Purpose: I Probe Lot 80 Subgrade
Outstanding Issues:
Lot Subgrade
Upon arrival, I evaluated the subgrade for lot 80. I probed the exposed subgrade using a%-inch-diameter steel
foundation probe. Exposed subgrade visually consisted of brown silt/clay. Resulting penetrations indicated the
exposed subgrade at probed locations is medium stiff. We recommend covering the subgrade with 3-4"of crushed
rock to protect it from rainy weather.
Conclusion
Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that subgrade observed today, as indicated on the
attached site plan, have been prepared in general accordance with project requirements and our geotechnical
recommendations.
