Purpose: Check Footing Subgrade - Lots 20-23
Outstanding Issues: FR39, FR41, FR42 (10/13/22-10/18/22)- Deflection observed in structural fill
No one was on site at the time of my arrival however I spoke with Sam with New Home who told me the footing
subgrade for lots 20 through 23 was prepared. I probed the exposed subgrade using a Y2-inch-diameter steel
foundation probe. Exposed subgrade visually consisted of brown silt. Resulting penetrations indicated the exposed
subgrade at probed locations is medium stiff to stiff.
Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion the exposed subgrade for the footings noted above has
been prepared in general accordance with the project geotechnical report and our field recommendations.
