Purpose: Evaluate lot subgrade
Outstanding Issues:
Lot subgrade
I observed lot subgrade to lots 19-22. I observed lot subgrade to consist of brown silt with some areas covered by
approximately 2-3 inches of 3/"-0 crushed rock. I used a'/2" diameter steel probe to evaluate the consistency of the
subgrade. Based on penetration resistance, the subgrade observed today generally appeared to be stiff to very stiff.
Conclusion
Based on our observations, it is our opinion that the lot subgrade observed today as indicated on the attached
site plan, have been prepared in general accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical
recommendations.
