Upgraded Technology Room Offers Public Meeting Space We're excited to share that the Library has a new reservable meeting space for groups of 4-16! On community surveys, at the reference desk, and as part of our strategic planning process, we heard that the community needs more reservable space. We also heard you want the chance to learn and explore with creativity and technology. The Library Technology Room has been updated to meet those needs. New furniture can be adjusted into flexible configurations for Library programs and community reservations. The previous room design was locked into a classroom configuration and dated from the Library’s opening in 2004. Find full booking details or reserve the modernized space on the Library website or by visiting the second floor reference desk. Parking Disruption: Tues, May 7 Repairs to the Library's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system will cause disruptions to services and parking flow on Tuesday, May 7. The 18 parking spaces closest to the east end of the library building will be unavailable all day, and the road to that area will be blocked. A crane will be on site until around 5 PM to complete the work. Pedestrian access will be limited during the crane's active work time. Curbside holds pickup will not be available. Automatic book return and walk-up book return will be intermittently unavailable. Please return books and materials in the Library lobby.
