Resolution No. 24-10 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 24- to A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITYWIDE FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH RECENT AMENDMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF TIGARD. WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council adopted amendments to the Tigard Community Development Code on April 23,2024 (DCA2024-00001);and WHEREAS, the proposed amendments to the Citywide Fees and Charges Schedule are necessary to maintain consistency between the Tigard Community Development Code and the Citywide Fees and Charges Schedule; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendments remove the Downtown Design Review application and replace it with a Development Design Review application with a Type II review fee;and WHEREAS, the proposed amendments assume development in Downtown will be subject to a Site Development Review and the associated fees reflect the existing Downtown Design Review fees. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The amendments to the Citywide Fees and Charges Schedule that are attached as Exhibit A are hereby adopted. SECTION 2: This resolution shall be effective 30 days after its passage by the council, signature by the mayor,and posting by the city recorder. PASSED: This 1-3 day of 2024.
