Hello Melissa,
We received your permit submittals for Chipotle at Tigard Towne Square. However,there needs to be revisions before
we can accept them. The revisions are as follows:
• All Applications: The Description of Work section on each application is difficult to read. The font needs to be
enlarged, and the scope of work should only be specific to that permit type. Please revise the Building,Site
Work, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing permit Applications.
• Site Work: The valuation is identical to the Building permit valuation. The Site Work permit valuation needs to
be separate from the Building permit valuation. What are the correct valuations?
• Mechanical: The valuation is missing from the application. What is it? We will need the valuation to proceed
with plan review.
• Electrical: The fee schedule was not completed on the Electrical Permit Application. Before we can begin plan
review,the fee schedule on the application will need to be completed. Additionally,the owner cannot complete
the electrical work for a commercial building. A licensed electrical contractor will need to be hired. Plan review
can begin without a contractor, but we will need to receive the contractor's license information and Supervisor
Signature prior to permit issuance. I have attached the Electrical Permit Application above for the fee schedule
to be completed.
• Plumbing: The site utilities and building fixtures were combined on one Building Fixtures Plumbing Permit
Application. The site utilities needs to be completed on its own Site Utilities Plumbing Permit
Application. Please refer to the second and third page of the Site Utilities Plumbing Permit Application to
determine if plan review is needed. If plan review is needed,we will need to receive (2) sets of civil plans.

The Mechanical permit submittal is deemed complete. We will route it for plan review, and we will let you know when
the permit is ready to issue. It appears we received everything that was requested, with the exception being cut sheets

are welcome to email them directly to me. Once received, I will route the interior Plumbing permit for plan review.

Thank you for the revised applications. With regard to the Mechanical Permit Application, since there will be a new
RTU's, we will need to know the weight or tonnage of the units. RTU's weighing more than 400 pounds(3-ton unit or
larger) require (2) sets of engineering calculations. Also,we will need to receive (2) sets of cut sheets for each
mechanical unit. You can email the calculations and cut sheets to me for printing, but we can print a maximum of(50)
pages. Print jobs that exceed this total will need to be mailed.
