Hi Kamelia,
After you left the City, I noticed that an address fee needed to be paid for the Succession Resource tenant improvement
Building permit. I added the $50.00 address fee to the plan review invoice that I gave you. The new balance due is
$548.62, and I have attached an invoice above for you to reference. These fees can be paid online now at https://aca-
prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number BUP2022-00131 under the Building
tab.There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee.
Once paid, please reply back to this email so that we may begin plan review.
