If you can send us a PDF file of the floor plan,we will go ahead and print the extra page. The PDX Estate Marketplace permit is now ready to issue. The balance due is$82.97, and I have attached an invoice above for reference. The permit fees can be paid online through our website https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Default.aspx by searching for the permit record number BUP2023-00166,or in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. If paid online, please have someone pick up the permit and the approved site copy set of plans. Last week was extremely busy for us (we are also closed on Fridays if you were not aware). With regard to a five-day timeline, we usually try to expedite occupancy permits considering there is not much to review, but we do not specify that the permit will be ready to issue in five days or less. I have created the Building permit BUP2023-00166, and I will make sure to have our Commercial Plans Examiner expedite it for you. However,the plan review fee will need to be paid online before commencing plan review, though. The balance due for plan review is$34.63, and I have attached an invoice above for reference. This fee can be paid online now at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number BUP2023- 00166 under the Building tab.There is a 3% service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee. Once paid, please reply to this email so that we may route the permit for plan review.
