Main Street / Scoffins Street Traffic Signal Removal
The intersection of Main Street with Scoffins Street was converted to all -way-stop operation in March of 2016.
Our observations indicate that the intersection has functioned better for all modes of travel since the
conversion to all-way-stop operation. City crews have installed enhanced signage and striping. The signal will
be turned off soon and removed by a contractor in January.
