A RESOLUTION APPOINTING HEATHER ROBBINS AS AN AL'I'hRNA'fF. MEMBER TO THE
AUDIT COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS,Tigard City Council established the Audit Committee to manage the audit contract with the city's
outside audit firm and oversee the city's internal control management;and
WHEREAS,a vacancy for an Alternate position exists on the Audit Committee;and
WHEREAS, Mayor Lueb recommends appointing Heather Robbins to the city's Audit Committee in the
Alternate position.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Heather Robbins is appointed to Audit Committee as an Alternate member for a 1-year term,
effective January 1,2024 through December 31,2024.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This 19`h day of December 2023.
