Once received,this permit can be released from hold, and inspections may be scheduled. The new contractor just contacted us and is looking to begin work soon. It turns out that Tualatin Valley Water District is the water provider. They will need to verify that the existing water meter does not need to be upsized prior to permit issuance. You will first need to complete the Residential Water Meter Sizing Worksheet by going to their website: https://www.tvwd.org/district/page/purchasing-water-meter. Once submitted,they will let you know if the existing water meter needs to be upsized or not, and you can forward their email response to us. Additionally, I have attached the Owner Responsibility Form above for the owner to sign for the plumbing, and we will need to receive the contractor's CCB license prior to permit issuance. The balance due is$1,126.42, and I have attached an invoice above for reference. The permit fees can be paid online through our website https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Default.aspx by searching for the permit record number MST2023- 00074, or in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. I have included screen shot below. You can enter the address when you would like to view more than one permit. Since you have a permit number, I would recommend entering the permit number in the Record Number field and then hit enter or search. At this point you will be in the permit, and you can select Processing Status from the Record Info drop down box. However, the site plan does not reflect the changes requested by Kenny Fisher in our Engineering Department: Show the water meter, storm and sanitary Laterals, and water quality(LIDA Facility). Also,just a reminder that we need to receive water mater approval from Tualatin Valley Water to remove the hold for permit MST2023-00074, located at 9095 SW North Dakota Street. Once received, I will remove the hold for inspections to be scheduled.
