Tear off the existing roofing down to the last layer of roofing and overlay.Tear off any roof- related metal coping caps, wall skirt and counter flashings and dispose of offsite in a legal manner. 2. Furnish and install 1 layer of 3.0"Secursheild poly iso over the last layer of roofing by adhering with low rise foam adhesive. 3. Over the Securshield iso, furnish and install a new 60 mil reinforced TPO roof membrane and adhere. 4. All field and base flashing seams will be cleaned before being hot air welded. 5. Furnish and install new TPO base flashings around all curb penetrations. 6. Furnish and install new TPO base flashings around the roof hatch. 7. Fabricate and install a new standard color 24-gauge metal hatch flashing under the metal flashing flange of the roof hatch to hold the TPO membrane in place. 8. Furnish and install pre-manufactured inside/outside TPO corner flashings at curb penetrations, thru wall scupper drains, pitch pans and wall flashings. 9. Furnish and install new pre-manufactured pipe boots on all pipes up to 6" in diameter complete with a new stainless steel clamps and sealant. 10. All pipes larger than 6" in diameter will be field wrapped with unreinforced TPO membrane complete with a new stainless steel pipe clamp and sealant. 11. All pipes where a pre-manufactured pipe boot is not feasible will be field wrapped with unreinforced TPO membrane complete with a new stainless steel pipe clamp and sealant. 12. Furnish and install TPO patches at all T-Joints in the field membrane. 13. At all gas and electrical lines,furnish and install pre-manufactured TPO pitch pans. 14. Furnish and install pre-manufactured TPO pitch pans around the line sets off the condensing units. 15. Furnish and install a one part poly-urethane rubberized pitch pan sealant in each pitch pan. 16. Tear off old wood on walls and furnish and install new TPO base flashings at all parapet walls that will extend up and across the top of all walls. 17. Furnish and install a metal anchor bar to the top of the flashing and mechanically attach every 12"on center. 18. Fabricate and install new TPO clad thru wall drain flashings and adhere. Furnish and install new TPO flashings to the drain. 19. Furnish and install new TPO membrane in the roof drain assemblies and set in water cut off mastic. Install the clamping ring to the drain body compressing the TPO membrane into the water cut off mastic to insure a watertight seal. Reinstall drain bolts complete with washers, replacing as needed on a time and materials basis. 20. Reinstall the drain screens back in place once the drain rings are installed. 21. Fabricate and install new 24 gauge galvanized clip metal to be installed along the outside of all parapet walls. Mechanically attach the clip to the wall. 22. Fabricate and install new pre-painted standard color 26 gauge surface mounted metal counter flashings along the inside walls.These flashings will counter over the new TPO membrane flashings and be mechanically attached 12"on center. Install a polyether caulking to the top of the flashing to ensure a watertight seal. 23. Fabricate and install new pre-painted standard color 24 gauge metal counter flashings around each HVAC unit and mechanically attach to the curb with new neoprene gasketed fasteners. 24. Upon completion of all the work we will have the manufacturer's representative inspect the roof for completeness and for the issuance of the factory warranty. 25. Upon completion of the above work, remove all tools and debris and leave the site in a clean and orderly condition.
