Per the applications, the water service lines are being upsized from 1.5"to 2". I would like to clarify that the upsize is just for Buildings 4 and 5 in Tract H and Building 5 in Tract I. Is this correct? The reason I ask is because our previous water service permits in these tracts were for all buildings.
