Report fr(s i Tozz p°96-- N5 FIELD REPORT Page oft Project: DWHomes 1-04 Prepared By: Jesse Claudio Project Name: River Terrace Crossing Date: 2/20/2023 Location: SW 1 50th Ave and Woodhue, Tigard Report#: 03 Arrival: 0800 Departure: 0815 Weather: j Cloudy, 40's Permit#: Site Visit Requested By: Erick (DW Homes) Met With (on site): Eric (phone) Purpose: Observe lot subgrade Outstanding Issues: Probing Subgrade- Lot 4 I probed subgrade for lot 4 (indicated on the attached site plan using a%-inch-diameter steel foundation probe. I observed subgrade to be covered with approx. 1-3-inches of uncompacted %-inch-minus crushed rock, see photos below. Penetrating through the crushed rock and observes the sidewall excavation, subgrade visually consisted of brown silt. Resulting penetrations indicated the gravel subgrade probed dense and the brown silt probed stiff to very stiff. Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that the lot 4 subgrade at the locations and elevations noted above has been prepared in general accordance with the project geotechnical report and our field recommendations.
