Per our discussion with Taylor Morrison, it's our understanding that for the multiplex type noted above, 1-1/8" diameter holes were drilled at mid-depth of four different 14" deep flush beams. Based on our review of the plans & structural calculations, the affected beams are ok as shown. For shearwalls that have holdowns, replace STHD holdown shown on main floor shear plans with an MST37 strap (attached to interior or exterior face of wall studs) and install STHD holdown at the base of the pony wall to the foundation directly underneath/aligned with the MST37 strap.
