I apologize for the delay. After some back and forth following my report draft review, it was found that this application
does not require a Minor Modification review.The reason is that the new dock doors do not affect any applicable
standards such as facade, parking or landscaping (as in the case of MMD2022-00028/ PCB168) . Please fill out the
attached permit action request form for cancellation and a refund shall be processed. You can submit for Building
Permits. Please let me know if you have any questions.
