In this case I am going to need you to revise both applications before I can process them. Generally speaking, relocated fixtures are in close proximity to the original fixture location, and they are on the same line. If the fixtures are on a new line in a distant location, I would do capped and added. Attached is what should be designated on the 1"and 2nd pages of the permit app. I guess my question is about the 2nd page. If we are demolishing one sink and appliances and relocating the plumbing to a new location in the TI space with a new sink and appliances, do I mark out capped and added,or just relocation? However, the application for Loyal Source does not match your description below—see the attached application above. The comments you made suggest that you are capping all of those fixtures in (2) separate locations, which would make the Capped column correct. Please confirm. If the application is not correct, I'm going to have to ask you to resubmit this one to me by email after the corrections have been made. Thanks, Brandon Taggart INq City of Tigard M . For loyal source,we are demo'ing one sink, and installing a new sink at a new location with a water heater, hub drain, dishwasher and primer. Hans A Halverson Project Manager Rayborn's Plumbing, INC. Here are my questions. Kevence I just wanted confirm the number of new hub drains. You have (2) on the front page, but (1) in the added section. From your email below, it looks like there is (1) installed. I will change the quantity from (2)to (1). Loyal Source I changed the total of fixture/sewer caps to (2) on the front of the application since you are demoing fixtures in (2) locations(assuming they are all on the same line). Your notes say the plumbing fixture installations are "at new location." Therefore, I will be changing the fixtures in the relocated column to the added column in the Commercial Fixture Work section, correct? Thanks, Branden Taggart a City of Tigard I.
