We are purchasing our own permit for the electrical work.
You can disregard the electrical application submitted by Kurt McLaughlin.
While getting our electrical permit through our City of Tigard portal - I was not able to move forward past the licensed
professional list page (see attached screenshot). I visited our account management page and noticed that our CCB
shows expired on 10-26-2022. See attached copy of our current CCB license No. 161923 valid through 10-26-2024

I have spoken to our project manager, Mitch Courtney, who is working with Kurt McLaughlin on the
basement remodel.
The electrical application from September appears to have been filled out and sent by Kurt in effort to
add Clackamas Electric Inc. to the permits Kurt has on his larger project.
According to Mitch and based on the work we have currently going on -we would like to add 4 circuits
for the basement remodel.
The application also shows one 200amp service. Let me review this information with Mitch and get back
to you.

I have submitted the Water Meter fixture sheet to Utility Billing for approval. Awesome, we
had confirmed with them that we already had a 1" meter.
Please provide the following information.
1. Header sizes —This information needs to be stamped from the engineer of record. See
attached
2. Clarify crawl ventilation. Does the remaining crawl space have ventilation? If so, where
and how much? Yes, it has regular foundation vents every 12' or so. Only 4 vents have
been covered by new living space
3. Provide new dwelling area square footage. 595 new SQFT
