While getting our electrical permit through our City of Tigard portal - I was not able to move forward past the licensed professional list page (see attached screenshot). I visited our account management page and noticed that our CCB shows expired on 10-26-2022. According to Mitch and based on the work we have currently going on -we would like to add 4 circuits for the basement remodel. The application also shows one 200amp service. See attached 2. Clarify crawl ventilation. Does the remaining crawl space have ventilation? If so, where and how much? Yes, it has regular foundation vents every 12' or so. Only 4 vents have been covered by new living space 3. Provide new dwelling area square footage. 595 new SQFT This information can be emailed directly to me. Please call me if you have any questions.
