I haven't had one of these requests during my time with the City, so I am not sure what the official process is to approve this request. Is this something that should be routed to our SDC Coordinator? Joe Wisniewski, P.E. However, the calculated rates are more similar to the hospital rates. This makes sense since they are doing surgery, maybe that's a more similar use. I think the calculated rates are reasonable. I think this is the only thing holding up issuance, and the tenant would like to get started on their work. Please update. Thank you. The trip generation study is being submitted in support of the Alternative SDC procedure outlined in Section IV.0 of the City of Tigard System Development Charge Administrative Procedures Guide. Kittelson previously coordinated with Courtney Furman and Joe Wisniewski on this approach. As outlined in the study NVISION's trip generation rate is lower than the former office use. (See table 1 of the report) Therefore no additional charges should be required for NVISION's proposed use. Once you have an opportunity to review the attached please let us know if you have any questions regarding the Trip Generation Study, or need any additional information. If this all looks good to you please modify the requirement for additional Transportation SDCs to be paid prior to the release of the building permit. Thank you, Matthew H. Oyen, P.E.
