The water heater will have the T&P relief piped to the hub drain. Floor sinks or floor drains will not be installed, and we are not adding any fixtures to the facility for this project. I will need additional information with regard to the floor drain/floor sink/hub drain in order to process this permit. If the fixture is a floor drain or floor sink, we will need to have you complete the Commercial Fixture Work section on the second page of the application; however, if the fixture is a hub drain, you can leave this section blank. Please confirm what is being installed. 2 Thank you, Branden Taggart a City of Tigard a w,t Senior Permit Technician 1'L• Community Development TIGARD 13125 SW Flail Blvd Tigard,OR 97223 (5031718-2449 b randent@tigard-or.gov From:Shawn Ramage<Shawn@rayborns.com> Sent: Monday, October 17, 2022 3:03 PM To:#Building Permit Technicians<TigardBuildingPermits(«tigard-or.gov> Subject: Commercial Plumbing Permit Application You don't often get email from shawn@rayborns.corn.
