The permit fees can be paid in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. Please note that the attached inve ice includes the Parks and Transportation SDC demolition credits. Because these credits are included,the demolitiā€¢n permit must first be closed (BUP2022-00046) before the Building permit for the new building(BUP2022-00181)c.n be picked up. To close the demolition permit,the Final Erosion Control inspection and Building Final inspection both eed to be passed. Following the erosion control inspection by Clean Water Services,our Inspector simpl needs to verify the sanitary sewer line has been capped to close the Building Final inspection . Once these inspections are passed,the Building permit and approved plans may be picked up. Furthermore, it is important that the demo permit is closed so that it can be removed from county records, utility billing, and emergency services. When the interior plumbing permit is ready to issue,we will be able to apply 11.18 EDU's or$ 4,067.50 of demolition credits to the Sewer permit. Since plumbing plan review has not been completed, I am not cle:r what the sewer fees are at the moment. I will let you know what the remaining sewer fees are once plumbing plan review has been completed.
