I wrote that only 1 address is being requested (suite 295) but we understand if we have to pay an additional fee to relocate suite 290. Is 295 not an option? I think our main issue here is whether you'll allow the tenant to move to a new space while retaining their same suite number. We will definitely pay to create a new address for the vacated suite as long as this suite relocation is allowed. They are requesting that they retain their same suite number after the move. We understand this is not something the City prefers to do, however, the issues that would arise if they can't keep their suite number are pretty significant for them. This tenant would like to retain their existing suite number due to the nature of their business and the significant problems they would experience having to change their address (see note below).
