I have created the Building permit for the River Terrace Crossing sales office in lot 67.The balance due for plan review is
$150.36, and I have attached an invoice above for you to reference. This fee can be paid online now at https://aca-
prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number BUP2022-00173 under the Building
tab.There is a 3%service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee.
Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may begin plan
review.
Please note that we will need to receive (2) sets of mechanical plans showing the duct work in the sales office. I have
attached the Mechanical Permit Application that we received with the Building permit plans. This application will need
to be resubmitted with the mechanical plans at your convenience.
