This was based on not having a mechanical permit for our intended work. As discussed, the City is still raising their hand about the requirement for screening. So.tip'uptiteydu...as of 3:46PM today, I received a call from the owner's rep stating that the City has OK'd the process of applying and granting a mechanical permit with the caveat that the project is not FINALED until the screening work is completed (or otherwise defined). It is nice to see that they are being reasonable to get this work done. 1 tr . A couple next steps: 1—Can the AHI team regather your permit documents and make a return trip to the City of Tigard to submit for the mechanical permit—hopefully tomorrow(Thursday or Friday)? 1A— Please bring with you the seismic calculations you sent over to our office previously—they are stamped by your engineer and are currently in our engineer's hands for a "conformance stamp" - Hopefully this isn't a deal breaker 2 - Let's see what we can do to RESTART the process, get the crane re-scheduled and teams back in queue for a pick of the units. Ultimately this is a site coordination thing for Rick and David to do, but I wanted you guys to have something in writing for your files. Thank you for working with us as we beat the balloon around the yard a bit. Overall, I still think we have a very good chance at completing this work before kids and staff return. In 6 months from now, this will be a distant memory (let's not talk about the screens...) Appreciate it. Tim McCullough irdiggitt PROJECT MANAGER Triplett Wellman, Inc.
