It sounds like instead of scraping the existing structure and building a new building,you are looking at just add- ing some side walls and windows to the existing structure that was approved with DDR2017-00005.Agnes,Tom, and I took a look at the DDR approval and it looks like adding walls/windows to the gazebo-type structure you have now would fall under the previous approval—meaning you do not need a new DDR as long as you are not scraping/rebuilding. With the new scope of just adding walls/windows to an existing structure on an existing concrete pad,you would just need building permits (no formal land use review).We will still require a service provider letter from CWS letting us know they're okay with the proposal.
