Including the right of ingress and egress for surveying purposes, including the right to search for,
inspect and measure between survey monuments upon, over and across the easement area.
This temporary easement shall terminate upon the recording of the subdivision plat remaining
monument affidavit required by ORS 92.070.
This document is intended to grant an easement on the property described, not to convey fee
title or any interest in the underlying property except as expressly stated herein and shall run
with the land and be binding upon the Grantor(s), its successors and assigns. The easement
granted shall not prevent Grantors from the use of said property provided, however, that such
use shall not be permitted to interfere with the rights herein granted.
Grantor(s) hereby covenant(s)to and with Grantee that it/they isiare the owner of said property,
which is free from all encumbrances, except for easements, conditions and restrictions of record,
and will warrant and defend the agreement rights herein granted from all lawful claims
