Xu Jian Lu hereinafter called the Grantors, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement for constructing,
reconstructing, operating, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing of an underground sewer line and appurtenances,together
with the right to remove, as necessary,vegetation, foliage,trees, and other obstructions on the parcel of land described in the
attached Exhibit"A" situated in the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $ 0.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement,nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover;provided,however,that such
use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated,the rights of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately revert
to the Grantors,their successors and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns forever.

Sanitary Sewer Easement Description
A strip of land, 15.00 feet wide, located in the Southeast One-Quarter of Section 36, Township 1
South, Range I West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, and
offset 7.50 feet on both sides of the centerline being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of the plat "Way Lee", Book 34, Page 42,
Washington County Plat Records, also being the southeast corner of Document Number 2017-
081452, Washington County Deed Records; thence along the south line of said deed, North
88°21'16" West 15.00 feet to the west line of an existing Sanitary Sewer Easement per Book 720,
Page 529, Washington County Deed Records; thence along said west line, North 01°38'44" East
171.54 feet to the Point of Beginning;thence leaving said west line,North 80°42'32"West 105.71.
feet; thence North 07°41'01" West 91.47 feet; thence North 00°36'34" West 307.50 feet to the
Point of Terminus.
The sidelines of this strip shall be lengthened or shortened as necessary to terminate at the westerly
and northwesterly lines of said existing Sanitary Sewer Easement.
