This will provide for monitoring of sprinkler control valves, flow switches, a single Pull station in the riser room, and a smoke detector to protect the Panel. The pull station will be mounted at 48"to the center of the device. All audible devices will sound in the ANSI temporal pattern. Primary power to the panel shall be 110 VAC utility power with a 12VDC 7aH battery back-up. All fire alarm circuits will be wired with 16 gauge Fire Alarm Cable with the exception of NAC circuits, which will be wired with (minimum) 14 gauge Fire Alarm Cable. Monitoring will be provided through Central Station Monitoring, A UL Listed Monitoring Company in Estacada, OR. (503.630.2896) All installation will be done according to NFPA 70 & 72 standards. Work will be performed in a neat and professional manner. All work will be performed according to the timeline set. All equipment will be UL listed and approved for the application. While the horn is producing a tone in the temporal 3 mode its sound pressure is the same as the continuous mode. *Operating the horn in this mode at this voltage will result in not meeting the minimum UL reverberant sound level required for public mode fire protection service. These settings are acceptable only for private mode fire alarm use. Use the high dBA setting for public mode application(not applicable when using the chime tone. The chime tone is always private mode). 1 RMS current ratings are per ANSI/UL average RMS method. ANSI/UL max current rating is the maximum RMS current within the listed voltage range(16-33VDC for 24VDC units)(8-17VDC for 12VDC units). For strobes the ANIS/UL max current is usually at the minimum listed voltage (16VDC for 24VDC units)(8VDC for 12VDC units). For audibles the max current is usually at the maximum listed voltage.
