These properties are located in the Professional/Administrative Commercial zone (C-P) zone.The C-
P zone is designed to accommodate civic and professional services and compatible support services,
for example convenience retail, personal services, and restaurants, in close proximity to residential
areas and major transportation facilities. Heliports,medical centers, religious institutions, and utilities
are allowed conditionally. Developments in the C-P zone are intended to serve as a buffer between
residential areas and more intensive commercial and industrial areas. For more information on
