As previous observation, there were some outstanding issues within these two lots, which have been resolved based on my today's observation. (Photo 1) In the addition, I noticed that the contractor has excavated lot 230 to its grade level. The exposed subgrade was consisted of brown silt with gravel. The subgrade had stiff to very stiff consistency based on its resistance to T-probe's, 1/2" diameter steel, resistance. (Photo 2) Based on our observations, it is our opinion that subgrades for lot 228, 229 d 230 served today, as indicated on the attached site plan, have been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
