Hi Debbie,
I was helping Julie with the Dartmouth Apartments revisions when you discussed them over the phone. Since plan
review was already completed and the permit is issued, we cannot simply add the fixtures like we would normally for a
commercial tenant improvement. We will actually need to receive (2) sets of revised plans showing the new fixtures. I
have attached our Transmittal Letter above for you to include with the plans. Also, please be sure to include the
application with the correct fixtures that you would like to add. Lastly, there will not be any additional sewer fees in this
situation, only Plumbing permit fees.
