Hello Jennifer,
Because Discover Counseling is currently seeing patients on site,the use is considered a medical office rather than a
standard office.As is referenced in Table 18.410.3 in the city's parking standards chapter, medical offices have a higher
parking standard than a standard office. Because the proposed use is expanding into a new space which previously had a
lower parking standard,a Minor Modification land use application is required before we can process this permit
application.
