I've attached a link to our land use application form. Please let me know if you have any issues accessing this. As for the minor modification,these land use applications are required if the project triggers the application of a design standard. For this particular project,the addition of the concrete pad and heat pump requires the application of both B. Landscaping and Screening, and D. Utilities and Service Areas under the Commercial Zone Development Standards. When you submit the narrative that is included with the MMD application, please ensure to provide a narrative demonstrating how the project meets the criteria under section B and D.Since this is a utility area, screening is required to the S-1 standard which means the heat pump will need to be screened from the public sidewalk, please refer to this link for additional information on screening.
