Hey Jeff,
A couple things about the Terrace Glen Apartments Electrical permit fee calculation:
1. It appears the square footages of the largest units were 1,600 sq. ft. for the East building and 2,000 sq. ft. for the
West building. Since they were both over 1,500 sq. ft., I changed the fees for the largest unit to the following:
• (1) for 1,000 sq. ft. at$168.54
• (2) for each add'I 500 sq. ft. or portion since it is over the 500 sq. ft. at$33.92. I revised the calculation with
this change.
2. The blank side of the green sheet is where we copy the permit to upon permit issuance. I just wanted to let you
know.
