However, we are missing the following: • Plans: (2) sets of plans were received for each building. We need to receive (1) additional plan set per building. • Cut sheets: (3) sets of cut sheets are required for each sprinkler or device. It is difficult for us to determine whether the appropriate number of cut sheets have been received in the binder due to all of the loose pages. We appreciate the organization of the binders, but we cannot keep them for our records retention. Since both submittals are incomplete, I have placed them in our open Permit Center conference room for you to pick up and resubmit at your convenience. The plans may be picked up between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. Lastly, please note that the building addresses on the permit application and plans are incorrect. The address for the West building is 9650 and the East building is 9660 SW Greenburg Rd.
