We do not slip sheet pages, so if you intend to mail or deliver individual pages,then someone will need to make arrangements with us to slip sheet these pages in our open Permit Center conference room. The Building and Site Work permits and plans are currently off site with our Commercial Plans Examiner, but we will receive them tomorrow. We received payment to issue these permits recently, so please let us know how you prefer to submit the revisions. Lastly, we will need to receive completed Transmittal Letters for each permit. I have attached our Transmittal Letter above for you. I have attached the on-site plan revisions for reference along with a letter summarizing the revision and the plans that were not affected by the revision. I will be sending three hard copies to Kenny's attention via FedEx overnight, hopefully the weather does not delay them. In addition to the revisions,we are looking to schedule the pre-con meeting on January 11th. The contractor has representatives that will be available to be on site that day. We can now schedule a precon meeting where I will pass out our signed plans. I can meet onsite for the precon. I have the permit and can email it to someone to sign so they can get it back to me or they can sign it at the meeting and I will get them a copy. I actually met the contractor in our lobby last week and saw that he had the demo permit ready to go. I will be off after today and returning on 1-4-22. The majority of permits have been reviewed and are ready to issue. The site work and building permits were approved/not released by permit coordinator due to ODOT requirements that had not been met. A recent case MMD2021-00026 was approved to modify the ODOT condition#24 of the land use case CUP2017-00005, but they still have some other outstanding condition land use and engineering conditions that are not met. A contractor is asking about obtaining permits. Will you approve use of the 2018 permits, or will you require that they submit new permits/plans to be reviewed under the new code? Thank you.
