Report S-r--0001 ---0v024o EODESIGN FIELD REPORT Page 1 of 1 GDI Project: Polygon-113-05 Prepared By: Zane Rogers Project Name: Roshak Ridge 2/4/2022 Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 212 Rogers Road, Tigard Arrival: 1 530 Departure: 1 545 Weather: Fair 50's Permit#: TBA Site Visit Requested By: Rob (Taylor Morrison) Met With (on site): Rob(cell phone) Purpose: Evaluate subgrade for lots 204 and 212 Outstanding Issues: FR 210 (1 1/12/21)Gaps under edge of interior footings for Lot 161 Upon arrival, I observed subgrade within lots 204 and 212 had been prepared and had received a 1-2 inch cover of crushed rock. Subgrade generally consisted of brown silt and some areas within 204 consisting of weathered basalt. I used a Y2" diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the consistency of the subgrade. Based on resistance to penetration, silty subgrade appeared generally stiff to medium stiff. Based on observations and probing, it is our opinion that lot 204 and 212 subgrade observed today and where indicated on the attached site plan, has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
