That is to say, there will be no points within the structure where the resident of one third of the triplex will live directly above or below the resident of a different third. Still, we are recording condominium plats for the units because they will be marketed individually despite sharing a common tract, unlike townhomes that have property lines dividing the building at the common walls. I've attached two new permit applications that separate the scope of work according to tract and contain the addresses listed below, if it appropriate to continue permitting these buildings as condos. I also have a check in the amount of$2,236.07, the value of the two plumbing permits, that I can deliver to the Building Department. If, however, these buildings should be considered "residential", can you describe the process to obtain the Site Utilities Plumbing Permit please? In this case, we will need you to separate the scope of work so that we can create separate plumbing permits for each tract. Lastly, I would like to confirm the type of construction that will be associated with these Site Utilities Plumbing permits. The Description of Work section on the application says that this work is "associated with multi-building triplex development." Are the building vertically separated like townhomes,or are they horizontally separated like multi-level condominiums or apartment buildings? The reason I ask is because the "triplex" designation makes it seem like the building will be vertically separated like townhomes. If this is the case, these permits would be considered to be residential, and both Site Utilities Plumbing permits can be obtained online at the above addresses. Otherwise, it the buildings are indeed multifamily, we will need to process these permits.
