Water quality is typically addressed through a LIDA,you may opt to do planter box and show this planter box on the site plan. The size of the LIDA is 6%of the total impervious surfaces on site. I've included an example site plan of the LIDA calculations and the planter garden on another project if that helps. Take note they've shown the planter/rain garden, included the calculations and the planter/rain garden detail from the CWS LIDA Handbook which you'll need to include in the revised site plan for the Davala project. After the revision has been made, please email it directly back to us to include in the permit application.
