Hi Bradlee,
I checked in with our engineer department and the FILO of a LIDA facility option is permitted outright for projects that
have less than 12,000 sq.ft of impervious surfaces.The FILO will take care of the water quantity/detention however the
water quality aspect will still need to be addressed. Water quality is typically addressed through a LIDA,you may opt to
do planter box and show this planter box on the site plan. The size of the LIDA is 6%of the total impervious surfaces on
site.
I've included an example site plan of the LIDA calculations and the planter garden on another project if that helps. Take
note they've shown the planter/rain garden, included the calculations and the planter/rain garden detail from the CWS
LIDA Handbook which you'll need to include in the revised site plan for the Davala project. After the revision has been
made, please email it directly back to us to include in the permit application.

Fencing, such as split rail, and signage along the outer perimeter of the Vegetated Corridor is a typical development
requirement.The intent of this Standards is to limit any alternative form of use or vegetation management such as
mowing or clearing and communicate the protected natural resource area. We had discussed that since the TSWCD will
be also enhancing areas beyond the outer perimeter of Vegetated Corridor, that it wouldn't make sense to place a fence
dividing up those areas. Fencing seems to make most sense along outer perimeter of Vegetated Corridor in the vicinity
of the proposed home, and/or perhaps a couple signs at the entry of planned traveled areas within Vegetated Corridor.
