Hello Dan,
On Thursday we spoke over the phone regarding the revisions for the Target Site Work permit SIT2021-00016. Earlier
that day you spoke with Tom Hochstatter, our Commercial Plans Examiner,who mentioned that you could begin the the
site work, but not the work associated with the revisions--which he had not received yet. It turns out his assumption
that the permit was issued,was incorrect. The permit was never issued, but it was made ready to issue. I checked the
status of the permit today,and the Site Work permit had never been issued because we are missing the contractor's CCB
license information. Once received, we can issue this permit so that you may begin the site work. However,you would
need to keep in mind that the approval for the parking revisions that you sent us has not been obtained. We apologize
for any confusion. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
