We apologize for the delayed response. We have been experiencing a high volume of calls and emails recently. With
regard to the Building permit, my co-worker,Julie Drinkwater, emailed you on November 8 and December 21 to let you
know that we needed the contractor's CCB license information prior to permit issuance. Her latest email is included
below. Once we receive the contractor's CCB license number, we will issue the Building permit.
The Site Work permit for the drive-up expansion is now ready to issue. The balance due is$948.05, and I have attached
an invoice above for you to reference. These fees can be paid online at https://aca-
prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number SIT2022-00005 under the Building
tab. There is a 3% service fee for credit cards, but e-checks do not have a service fee.
Once paid, please email the Permit Technicians at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that we may issue this
permit and make the approved site copy set of plans available for pick up.
Additionally, we will need to receive the contractor's CCB license number for the Site Work permit before it can be
issued.
