numbers in the Record Number field, and click Search. There is a 3% service fee for credit cards, but e-checks
do not have a service fee. You are welcome to mail or deliver a check if preferred. If you intend to deliver a
check, please make arrangements with me so that I can receive it. If any of the above frees are paid online,
please notify us at tigardbuildingpermits@tigard-or.gov.
The permit fees for both permits will need to be paid before we can issue either of them. Furthermore, since
we received (2) sets of plumbing plans that combined the plumbing work for the East and West buildings, and
the Plumbing permit for the East Building is being issued prior to plan review being completed for the West
building, we will need to receive (2) additional sets of plumbing plans for the West building before we can

We received the interior plumbing submittals for the East and West buildings on December 16. We will have had these
permits for eight weeks on Thursday, February 10. Our timeline for commercial plumbing plan review has been 4-8
weeks with new commercial buildings occasionally going beyond this timeline. As Chip stated, plan review will likely be
completed within the next several weeks if it goes as planned. Once plan review is completed, I will make sure to
expedite our final review--within 1-2 days-- so that we can make these permits ready to issue for you as quickly as
possible.

We understand speaking to Chip that the permit is still under review, but they were going to try to separate the
buildings so that we could hopefully get the East building issued prior to the 17th,which is our critical path date. If it gets
pushed,the whole project gets put on hold which would be a devastating blow to the fragile financing of this much
needed affordable housing. We are really hoping the City could assist with getting this plumbing permit reviewed and
issued quickly, and are very thankful for doing so!
I believe the plumbing sub submitted this on Dec 23`d, out of curiosity should they have done it earlier?What is a typical
review time for this permit? It will help us push the contractor in the future if we understand lead times.

It appears our plumbing permit is still in review, and we have had a hard time getting ahold of the building department.
Is there anyone else on the team that could assist here?We are reaching critical path and are at risk of delay if we can't
get this one across the finish line.Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

One thing I'd like to mention is that our City plumbing permits are furnished through the City of Tigard's
building department. The point of contact I suggest starting with is Branden Taggart with Building. He is listed

I am with Related Northwest and am on the team managing Terrace Glen at 9640 SW Greenburg Rd. Emailing to see if I
can get a status update on our plumbing trade permit that was submitted by Tapani plumbing. We are quickly
approaching needing that permit in hand and want to make sure we are doing everything we can to help get it issued so
that our work does not get delayed.
