Your submittal for ELC2021-00682 required plan review for(1)400 amp service and the emergency system. However,the permit that Timberline Electric created online did not require plan review according to the scope of work. Aside from (4)additional feeders included in the scope of work under your permit ELC2021-00682,the other main difference is that(28) branch circuits are missing from the scope—according to Timberline Electric's online permit. I understand you are submitting electrical revisions soon; I simply wanted to document the differences. It seems that we are in agreement that the scope of work should be completed according to the plans under ELC2021- 00682. And, since the Underground/Slab Cover inspection was already performed under ELC2022-00030, a refund cannot be issued for this permit. However,we can still void the permit to eliminate confusion when scheduling inspections. I have attached our Request for Permit Action form above to void this permit. Furthermore, I would like to add that if a second electrical contractor will be hired,then we could keep both permits and permit them individually. Lastly, I contacted Timberline Electric, and requested that they call me back regarding their Zoom+Care permit for the lab and pharmacy. Please let me know if you have any other Electrical permit questions. I see the 11956 electrical permit number that he has (ELC2022-00030) doesn't align with the permit number on the invoice you sent (ELC2021-00682). Perhaps, we (Scott Edwards Architecture)applied for an electrical permit for the lab/pharm and the electrical sub (Timberline Electrical Contractors) got a separate one, or did Tigard change the number to a 2022 number because it was issued after the T5c of the year? I'm not sure how to reconcile this discrepancy. Anything you can do to help us clear this up would be appreciated. Let us know if there's anything we can do to help facilitate. Please complete the Commercial Fixture Work section on the second page if plumbing fixtures are being added or removed. There have been some mechanical revisions due to discoveries made regarding existing HVAC units and associated ducting.These HVAC revisions have associated electrical and plumbing revisions. Also, there have been electrical revisions due to the addition of an emergency power system (mobile generator on a truck, powering emergency circuits) Finally, there are two new doors in the demising wall between 11956 SW Garden Place (Zoomcare Central Lab& Pharmacy) and 11958 (Zoomcare Billing). Please let us know how best to proceed.
