I'm working with Julie regarding the above-referenced master permit and some setback issues.This master permit is for
an attached ADU, and I had put the incorrect setbacks on the routing sheet(they should have matched the primary
dwelling). I corrected them on the routing sheet but Julie mentioned I should reach out to you directly as well. Required
setbacks are as follows:
Front: 12'
Rear: 10'
Side: 3'
Street Side: 8'
Garage: 20'
