The following pages 1 through 14 are the preliminary Space Requirements Program. This document is based on
information supplied to YGH by City of Tigard and additional information gathered during interviews with the

Pages 13 and 14 illustrate examples of workstations, private offices and conference rooms. Please review all the

1. If private offices are not available for HR staff, the entire group should be located in an enclosed area with a
small conference available for their use.
2. HR needs to have access to a lobby area where forms and applications can be completed by applicants.

be larger. The current workroom is too small for a workspace and storage/file space.
